This discussion offers practical thoughts on how food handlers can apply what they have learned during their training to help prevent outbreaks and flatten the curve.  Skills taught during training such as staying home when you are ill; proper hygiene and handwashing; cleaning and sanitizing and safe food preparation and distribution go along way to keeping viruses under control.
