This is the exam booklet that must be ordered by the trainer or proctor for the written version of the final exam.

You can place as many orders for increments from 1 to 30 exams as you require.  You cannot order in increments of more than 30 for a class.


IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ORDER THE EXAM ANSWER FORMS AND STUDENT WORKBOOKS SEPARATELY.

    The Managing Food Safety Training Program exam booklet contains the questions used for the food handler certification exam.  There are 60 multiple choice questions.  A passing grade for the exam is 70% or 42 correct answers out of the 60 questions.

    IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ORDER THE EXAM ANSWER (SCANTRON) FORMS SEPARATELY.

    Note: ONLY A CERTIFIED TRAINER OR PROCTOR CAN ORDER THIS PRODUCT

    Please note that exam materials are sent to the address in the "ship-to" field at checkout. Please be sure that the address is correct prior to completing your order. 

    Note that only you as a certified Proctor are permitted to open the examination package.  You are responsible for the security of the exams at all times.
